Guests will find the designer Kitchen equipped with eye-level oven, hob, electric kettle, coffee machine, dishwasher and American fridge freezer.
A lower ground floor play room offers added space and amusement for families and young guests.
To the villa’s 1st floor, a Double lake view bedroom with balcony features next to a family bathroom with bath tub and shower, alongside another Double lake view bedroom with balcony, a modern shower room and a lake view Double bedroom with fireplace.
To the 2nd floor, a lake view bedroom with Double bed leads directly to a contemporary Kitchenette and pleasant Living space, alongside a family bathroom shared by the 5th bedroom which comprises of a Double bedroom with partial lake views. A service WC also accompanies the bedrooms on this floor.
Outside, the 3-storey villa features an alfresco dining set with BBQ for up to 12, and proximity to a public parking space.

Lovely villa, right on the lake, but it's in between major towns and there aren't places to eat, and there isn't a grocery store or pharmacy in Brienno. The other towns are close by car or bus, but you can't walk to them. Taxi services are basically non-existent in Lake Como and the bus service doesn't always run on-time, so if you rent this property be sure to rent a car as well! That's our only complaint, which says a lot about how great the property itself was!

Beautiful property directly on the water in the small community of Brienno. Ferry access and good dining options near by. The views are spectacular from most rooms. Bathrooms are nice. Had issues with getting the AC to work but other than the first day, temperatures were mild. The are installing a lift which will help with luggage. Getting the luggage back up to the car was a struggle. Very nice kitchen. Could use some basic amenities such as salt/pepper and other basic spices, dish towels. Nice washer and dryer but the dryer wasn't working and the repairman didn't show up as planned. Overall, it is a great place and I would love the opportunity to stay there again.

House was nice and the view was amazing. Had issues with Air conditioning and dryer not working. Plan on renting a car, taxis won't come up to get you, and if you can talk them into taking you up there from Como they will charge you a lot, and once you are there, they won't come and get you, bus will be your only option. Only 2 restaurants close by to walk to. If you rent a car, it is a great spot to get around from. Looks like they are adding a dedicated parking spot and an elevator to get down to house which will be much better than dragging suitcases down to house. Dock was nice and swimming in lake was amazing!

The photos don’t do this property justice and they looks amazing as is. Seriously, heaven on earth. From the second you check-in, the city seems a distant memory. Clean, well kept, great amenities and hidden gems such as the outdoor shower and BBQ make this one of the best properties I’ve stayed in. Would highly recommend.
