Check-In was very easy, the place is beautifully decorated, and lots of different spots to hang out in. Kitchen had almost all the things we needed for a Thanksgiving feast, although there was no slow cooker as we had expected. We enjoyed taking the dog down to the big beautiful beach. Recommend you use Sixth Avenue to go down rather than the closer 5th avenue. Much straighter shot to the beach down Sixth.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Mary’s house is the perfect beach cottage. It truly is a vintage cottage. The beds sleep great, the front porch is awesome and the den arrangement and sunroom are great for hanging out. Proximity to the beach is also a plus and you can’t beat the east beach neighborhood.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, it was a decent experience. Several issues need to be addressed. The garbage disposal did not work, which was a problem. The outside grill did not have a grate for the charcoal. The house smelled very musty and the outside yard was very messy and unkempt. unfortunately, we were there during the construction of a fence right next to us. We did enjoy the screened in front porch. There was no backyard at all, which was not indicated in the pictures or description. But one of the major things was that there was not a railing going up the steps to the front door. I needed assistance going up and down the stairs each time. Do building codes not require rails to help enable handicap people?
