About this house rental
Game room, private pool, children themed rooms, resort with lots of room for fun to immerse yourself in a mind-renewing, barefoot-going, cloudy purple heaven.
It is in the highly sought-after Lake Berkley Resort, minutes from Premium Outlet, Sea World, The Medieval Times, Give Kids The World Universal Studio, and Disney. You can see the local wildlife when walking along the beautiful lake trail. Your kids will have lots of fun in the Disney-themed playroom. On the right-hand side when you enter the house Your kids would love to spend all day in the nicely decorated playroom with books, tables/chairs, and much more. We also have a game room with a pool table and other exciting games.
An open-concept dining room and fully equipped granite countertop kitchen will give your family the best dinners of your vacation.
You can also relax by the pool with your family. After a long at Disney/Universal, you can watch a movie or enjoy a very comfortable bed. These seven bedrooms, four and a half baths can accommodate two families or a large multi-generational family. The Lake Berkley resort is a 24-hour security guarded gated built around three lakes in a woodland area.
The resort amenities include * a picnic area * Basketball Court * Children's play area * Clubhouse * Fishing lake * Gated Community * Gym * Swimming pool * Tennis Court * Volleyball court. Many favorite restaurants and bars such as Chili's, Longhorn Steakhouse, TG Fridays, Taco Bell, Applebee's, and Olive Garden are within a few minutes from the resort. Walmart and Publix are also close to the resort. We request that only four vehicles be parked at the property by the rental party. Please reach out to the host if more parking is needed. All resort amenities are included in the booking.
