Overall very nice!! Just a few things that are aggravating very small tv screen in living room. Small parking spots. We had one kitchen cabinet door completely off and a couple more hanging on (maintenance did repair these)Room very clean location is great view is also wonderful and easy beach access Very nice stay

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect. The kids really enjoyed the lazy river and heated indoor pool. Parking in the garage was convenient. The unit was not clean. Dust on all surfaces, carpet had not been vacuumed, the vacuum was full of dirt, tile floors had not been mopped, hair in the showers. We spent the first day cleaning. I will say it looks dirtier than it probably is just because of the age of the property- carpets are stained, bedskirts stained or with holes, lampshades discolored, cabinet doors broken.. a little updating would make it appear cleaner. Anyway, we still had a great time and would stay in the same location again.. maybe a different unit.

Overall we love Laguna Keys and the amenities that are available. The size of the unit was fantastic and the layout was perfect. However The unit was not clean upon our arrival. There was sand on the table, thick layer of dust on the furniture the bathrooms were dirty and the floor needed vacuuming. I called the number of the cleaner and she offered to come the next day to clean but I had already cleaned. A toilet seat was broken, a kitchen cabinet came loose, there was a leak in the bathroom ceiling all of which we called attention to. With the amount of money spent for the week, I expected better.
