Newly Renovated Vacation Home with Yard in a Green Setting.
This vacation home is located in a very quiet area in the Eifel town of Retterath, just a few kilometers from the Nürburgring and the towns of Cochem, Mayen, Daun, and Adenau.
The interior has been completely renovated and is equipped to accommodate 6 people, with 3 bedrooms. One baby bed is available. It would be possible to set up a second one in one of the rooms.
The house has a bathroom on the first floor with a bathtub and shower, and a bathroom on the upper floor with a shower.
The first floor also features a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a living room and dining room.
In addition to the bathroom, the upper floor has 3 bedrooms.
There are 2 bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with two single beds.
Large outdoor area that is constantly being expanded. Ample parking available!
A baby crib is available.
A beautiful area for relaxing, biking, and simply enjoying your time.
Various bike paths are nearby.
Center Parcs Eifel is 3 km away.
The Moselle region is 20 km away.
Also ideal for hiking.
