Apartment equipped for 4 people with 2 bedrooms (one with 160 cm bed and the other with 2 90 cm beds) and a large living room with large screen TV and fully equipped adjoining kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, 3-burner induction, oven electric, 3-drawer fridge-freezer, microwave and small household appliances - ATTENTION Nespresso machine large Vertuo pods), large 20m2 terrace with open view of the sea, private exterior parking + private garage, air conditioning and wifi. Elevator in the building.
Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it when you hand over the keys at the agency (double bed kit: 12.00 euros/single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towel kit: with a large and a small towel: €8.00).

The rental must be left clean and in good condition. Exit cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant who may, if they wish, request a cleaning service 72 hours before departure (price communicated upon request)
