About this house rental
Rent 80 m2 + terrace ad 4 stars in the prefecture has recently undergone a complete renovation by an architect.
This allows direct access to the sea and protected beaches protected from the wind.
Its large, fully furnished teak terrace, carefully crafted, offers direct and exceptional views of the creek and bay of Collioure and its famous bell tower painted by leading artists...
A real place to live, the terrace opens up to a beautiful size dining table and a modular living room, allowing you to enjoy beautiful summer evenings over a drink with friends or a lazy afternoon lying in the sun. An electric awning will protect you from the sun while you dine... or sleep.
On the first floor, a separate entrance leads to a large living room consisting of a dining area with sea views and a living room overlooking the terrace and stream. The open kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, washing machine, dishwasher, large refrigerator, and freezer. The central island is perfect for cooking while gazing at the sea, or perhaps even for breakfast for two.
The materials and furniture have been carefully selected: solid wood - teak, bleached oak - metal... everything has been thought out for you to have a pleasant stay at the hotel.
All parts of the house have air conditioning, which allows you to choose the right temperature.
Flat-screen TV, DVD player, satellite TV, stereo, wireless internet, telephone... digital equipment and audio-visual equipment allows you to follow your favorite programs to surf or stay in touch.
Upstairs, 3 beautiful bedrooms can accommodate 6 people.
The rooms are bright and the bedding is new and of good quality.
The first bedroom has a large 200x160 bed and a beautiful view of the creek.
The second bedroom also has a large bed that can be converted into two single beds. A large window allows for wonderful light.
The third bedroom, perfect for dreams and travel, features a cargo cabin with its runner lamps, 90x200 bunk beds, metal lockers, and travel trunks. It overlooks a wide stream: What better way to fall asleep to the gentle rhythm of the surf on the beach?
There are two rooms on the second floor of Murchen. One has a double vanity and a large ceramic shower with glass walls.
Secondly, equipped with a sink and shower, it proves very useful for everyone to have the time and space they need in the morning or when returning from the beach.
In the corridor, the library offers magazines, books, young adult novels... in French and English.
For your car, you have a personal window with remote control.
Near the private residence, you'll find all the shops. The small markets of Port Vendres and Collioure offer fruits and vegetables from small local producers, as well as a wide variety of Catalan specialties. In the afternoon, you'll watch for the returning fishermen, who will offer you the day's catch.

Great well equipped apartment, easy access to beach down some steps, view from balcony magnificent. Lovely walk into Collioure which is beautiful town. Bike rides and lots of activities available near by. Will come again.

Marvellous view from the terrace over the small bay and to Collioure. The bastille day in Port Vendres was a great experience and we had fine tours into the Pyrenees and to the African animal parc - a must see. During the hot days the air conditioning worked perfectly.

We (5 persons) spent 2 weeks in the house and enjoyed a very relaxing time.
The house has enough space, everything is clean and appears like new. We spent a lot of time on the balcony which protects you from the wind (if it is windy).
We loved the house and the balcony with the view on the small beach with the sunset. We spent a lot of time on the balcony which protected us when it was windy. The house gets a full 5 star rating!
We plan to come back!

We had a very pleasant stay at Collioure. House is directly by the sea (1min walk). Everything was very clean and we found every equipment we needed. Collioure or Port Vendres center can be reached by car, bike or bus, walk would take a little long. Plenty of nice restaurants in those two villages.
