This private apartment is the entire first floor of this large home, part of the duplex house. The second-floor apartment of this home is also another unit we manage and host guests. Our multiple neighbors live in the other apartment buildings at the rear of the property. It is a requirement to respect Quiet Hours from 10PM to 8AM and all other house rules pertaining to noise levels out of respect for these neighbors.

Property was great for us and our dogs. Plenty of space, walking distance to a number of restaurants and bars. There’s also a little park a few blocks to the south which was great to take our dogs to.
