Our fully equipped kitchen is a culinary haven with top-of-the-line appliances and ample counter space. Whether you are a seasoned chef or a cooking enthusiast, you'll find everything you need to prepare delicious meals. Additionally, the kitchen offers convenient access to an outdoor grill, making indulging in a delightful barbecue experience easy.
The bedrooms in our home are designed with your utmost comfort in mind. Each room is tastefully furnished and exudes a serene ambiance, providing a peaceful haven for a restful night's sleep. With ample space and storage, you can make yourself at home during your stay.

Our home promises a symphony of modern amenities and comforts to ensure your stay is unforgettable. Immerse yourself in the seamless blend of indoor-outdoor living, where every corner welcomes you to experience serenity and refinement. After a day of exploration, retreat to the lavishly designed bedrooms, each offering a sanctuary of tranquility and privacy.
Management reserves the right to evaluate and consider every reservation made by locals, individuals under 25 years of age, and those booked the day before or the same day of check-in. As part of our standard procedure, we will require a fully refundable security deposit of $1000. The deposit will be refunded upon check-out, provided the renter is responsible for no damages or incidents.
Per city ordinance we have noise aware systems to monitor noise levels and exterior monitors of the property. Any tampering of security and systems could result in fees and eviction. Occupancy/Family Size Properties must limit all short-term rental occupancy to have a maximum family size of six adults and their related dependent children.

Pool heating is available upon request and is highly recommended from September through April. Fees do apply.

Great house and location! Beautiful, clean, easy to walk into Scottsdale. Only negative was early/late check in fees, felt a little “nickel and dime,” considering how much we were already paying and that this doesn’t happen at resorts/hotels. Would stay again!

Me and 10 friends stayed here for my bachelorette/birthday party. The house was amazing! We were in awe at the attention to detail and design! The location is walkable to the bars and restaurants, which was so convenient. The property manager was so nice and helpful anytime we needed something. They even set up a cake, snacks, drinks etc for when we arrived. It was perfect!

The house was very nicely furnished and held our family well.. However we ran into issues which the property manager did address quickly.. The pool was dirty, hot tub would not heat, power went off in the master bed room. Garbage drawer broke… The loft is not a real pillow coach… not suitable to sleep on.
