True to its name, “Bella Vista” at 2 A Seagrove is a beautiful, fully renovated, villa with pleasing oceanfront views. With direct beach access from the oceanfront balcony, which features all new outdoor furniture, “Bella Vista” is the perfect destination for couples or small families that are searching for the perfect Charleston beach vacation.
2026 Beach Update:
The City of Isle of Palms has approved a beach nourishment project expected to take place Summer–Fall 2026. While a final schedule has not yet been released, work is anticipated to move along the beach in sections, meaning any impact to a specific area is temporary.
We will share updates as more details become available and are happy to provide guidance based on your travel dates.

Description:
Tastefully appointed in soothing pastels and cheerful hue that invite you to relax, “Bella Vista” recently was fully renovated. During the project, the kitchen was completely removed and reconfigured. Today it features white shaker-style cabinets, granite countertops, tile backsplash and stainless-steel appliances.
The living room was rebuilt after removing the traditional fireplace, with shiplap wood planks, a new decorative fireplace, and all new furniture. The bathroom was fully renovated with new tile, cabinets, and fixtures. Finally, the bedroom was refreshed with new furnishings and bedding.
“Bella Vista” will not only provide you with fantastic oceanfront views in an all-new villa, it will provide memories that will last a lifetime.
Parking:
Two cars may park in un-assigned parking spaces
Beach Chairs and Umbrella:
The Isle of Palms Beach Chair Company will provide your family two classic wooden beach chairs and an umbrella when you stay seven nights (March– October). These are set up on the beach each morning for your family and removed each night by the crew at IOP Beach Chair Company.
Additional Amenities Include:
High speed internet with Wi-Fi.

Ideally located, this beach house on the Isle of Palms is an easy drive to Sullivan’s Island, Mount Pleasant and Historic Charleston. Sullivan’s Island (7 miles) features Fort Moultrie and wonderful dining options along Middle Street. In Mount Pleasant (8 miles), your family will want to visit Boone Hall Plantation with its avenue of oaks, the USS Yorktown, Town Center shopping and the restaurants lining the shrimp docks on Shem Creek. Finally, Historic Charleston (17 miles) is the number one tourism destination in the United States and offers some of the world’s finest restaurants, galleries, historic homes and gardens.
Things to note:
Wild Dunes does not have a central resort pool for all visitors. Most neighborhoods and villa communities have their own private pool for guests staying in that specific area. Please note that the pools at the Hyatt Boardwalk Inn, Sweetgrass Inn, and the Sweetgrass Fitness Center are reserved exclusively for Hyatt hotel guests and are not available to vacation rental guests.
The Seagrove Villa Community Pool is open Seasonally: (April 15th - October 15th)
The Wild Dunes Community has a strict no pet policy for non-residents. Pets are not allowed within the gates of the community.

Wild Dunes has many beach access paths located throughout the community. Due to erosion from recent storms, some access paths are closed for repair. The access path located at the end of Seagrove Lane (to the left of Seagrove Villas) as well as the beach access path located in front of the Seagrove community pool are currently closed. The access path to the right of Seagrove Villa is open, which will lead you to a healthy beach in front of the Grand Pavilion. It is located between Seagrove Villa and the Grand Pavilion neighborhood. This path is to the right of buildings 10 and 11.

We were told on day before arrival that A/C was not working. A technician came out to the condo but I guess the part was on back order. We were not told and called to ask why it wasn’t working.
We had to leave the windows open and of course people were outside our room talking and laughing at 0330.
Location was great but I would not stay at this location in the future. This is my 10th year at Wild Dunes and this is not on the top of my list.
