About this villa rental
2026 Beach Update: The City of Isle of Palms is carrying out a beach renourishment project, expected to move along the beach in sections between summer and fall 2026. Because crews work steadily down the shoreline, any impact to a specific area is temporary, and the beach stays open with access outside active work zones. A final schedule hasn't been released yet — we're tracking updates and are happy to provide guidance based on your travel dates. Seagrove Villa 11C is a rare two-story oceanfront villa with a layout unlike anything else in Wild Dunes. The primary suite sits on the upper floor — a private king bedroom with its own full en suite bathroom and spectacular direct ocean views. Downstairs, the kitchen and living room open right out to the Atlantic, with the Seagrove Villas oceanfront pool just steps away. It’s the kind of place where you wake up, look out the window, and genuinely can’t believe you’re not dreaming.
Tucked directly adjacent to shops and restaurants in Wild Dunes, Seagrove 11C is as convenient as it is beautiful. Covered private parking, an oceanfront pool, and the full suite of Wild Dunes amenities — golf, spa, dining, bike trails — are all right outside your door. Please note that the pools at the Boardwalk Inn, Sweetgrass Inn, and Sweetgrass Fitness Center are reserved for resort hotel guests only and are not available to vacation rental guests. Wild Dunes does not have a central pool open to all visitors — pool access is specific to your villa community.

Really enjoyed our stay! The oceanfront location and views were amazing! The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. The beach erosion and access was not ideal but understand this is no fault of the property owner. Would stay here again!

We stayed as a family of 4 with 2 teens. It was a great fit for our family. The beach was about 100 steps from our room. I would certainly recommend paying a bit more for the beachfront/view location, over a unit that is set farther back in a parking lot/complex. Makes it very easy to get in and out to the beach. The kitchen was very nice and clean- recently renovated it appears. The building was quiet/no noise issues, and parking was easy right under our unit. I would prefer a few more bath towels in the unit, as well as additional paper towels/dish washer pods. We do rent a vrbo over a hotel room for kitchen usage for our family- and we needed a bit more than was provided. I would recommend the unit and complex to other families! If we return to the area we'd gladly stay there again!

Was awesome! Property exactly as advertised but did not do the beach view justice. Spectacular view of beach from both the deck and master bedroom. May have been the time of year but beach was pristine and not crowded. We will likely be back next fall.
