About this house rental
Use this quaint, welcoming spot in the heart of East Nashville as your home base for exploring the city. My goal is for your stay to be a relaxing home away from home.
You'll have the entire first floor to yourself. Just know I live on the second floor (with a separate entrance). The main shared areas are the driveway and backyard.

We both access our floors through the backyard so we'll see each other occasionally as we're coming and going.

We were extremely impressed with both this home and the host! He was extremely responsive and attentive to our needs - both before and during our trip! The home is in wonderful condition and was the perfect place for our group of friends to get together and enjoy the weekend together! We would highly recommend this home!

Easy secure access, plenty of parking, great food–and more importantly, great coffee–within walking distance. Plentiful options are within a 15 min drive. Sun and shade in the backyard, and a luxurious swing on the front porch.House is clean, organized; necessities like tp, soap, towels, dishsoap, are stocked, but expect to bring in everything else. The coffee/tea station is consistent with what you'd get in a hotel or office. This is a nice option to have--but not my thing.Not a party house--a quiet escape. Do your partying elsewhere, come home, close the blinds, turn off the alarm, and drift into tomorrow.

Loved staying at this location! The house was really clean and comfortable, well setup with instructions and labels for everything.Alex was super friendly and helpful. There were a few great places within walking distance. Would totally stay here again.
