Everything was great with Host Seth and communication. House was well furnished, we only spent 1 night. The house is older and did smell a little musty when we first arrived. Tub/shower is not equipped for elderly person too use, too high to step into and get out.

Very pleasant stay in great location around 10-15 mins drive to downtown Nashville. Bed was comfortable, kitchen well equipped and lounge decor was eclectic and fun and very relevant for a stay in the Country Music Capital. The house provides a very good base for exploring all that this great town has to offer. Supermarkets and good restaurants nearby too. Free parking for one car at the back of the house.Only real downside to my mind was noise from the upstairs apartment but it wasn’t constant.I would recommend this place.

Good location close to E. Nashville and a short ride to downtown action. Quiet house and neighborhood, stocked with everything needed for our long weekend stay. Host (Seth) is very helpful and responds quickly to any messages. Super easy check in / out. Would stay again
