This is a remarkable villa featuring three bedrooms, a private pool, and parking for two vehicles. This modern property has been recently refurbished with an impressive open plan kitchen and living area that seamlessly flows onto the terrace. As you ascend the two floors, you'll discover three generously-sized bedrooms, with the master bedroom boasting a terrace with stunning ocean views and an ensuite bathroom. Situated in close proximity to all necessary amenities this villa is perfect for a wonderful holiday by the sea.
To access the villa there is a path which is 97cm wide alongside 4 steps. There is 1 step from the street level to the main gate, and a further 3 steps leading to the front door. The front door has a width of 97cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 136cm wide. The terrace is open-plan, flat and tiled with the exception of a small lip over the patio doors. The pool itself has step access with a handrail for support. Inside, there are no ground floor bedrooms. There are 17 steps to the first floor. All bedrooms have a door width of 67cm, whilst all bathrooms have a door width of 57cm.
