Within a short walk you will find a local panificadora (bakery) and two restaurants, Axarquía and Almazara, while a Lidl supermarket is only 1 km away. Enclosed by whitewashed walls, the property offers a pleasant sense of privacy and includes parking space for two cars.
The outdoor areas are designed for relaxed Mediterranean living. A spacious terrace surrounds the villa, and the private swimming pool (6.5 x 4 m, depth up to 1.8 m) provides welcome refreshment on warm days and plenty of fun for children.
