This was the most elegant of the many short-term rentals we’ve visited. The kitchen and bathrooms (1 full, 1 half—nice!) were beautifully designed and built. Appliances were quite new and high-end.Playa Grande is a small and peaceful beach community, except for the construction—lots of luxury homes going up, understandably.We would prefer if VRBO policy provided for earlier confirmation and instruction on checking in. Three days pre-reservation is a bit of a nail-biter.

The casita is just the perfect size for a couple. Very clean and new, with good fans, AC and Wi-Fi. A short walk to the beach, coffee and restaurants. Shelly was an outstanding host and helped us to arrange for transport from the airport and then two last minute changes when the airline messed up. Had a great time watching the surfers at sundown.

This was a nice getaway walking distance to the beach. It had everything I needed to make meals and sleep comfortably. The place is set up with everything you could need and more. Very easy check in and out process. Very enjoyable!

Really enjoyed our stay as the casita was lovely and we liked being at beautiful Playa Grande. It was perfect for our 3 night stay. There is lots of construction in the area but hopefully the work right across the street will be done very soon. The hosts were excellent.
