L'hôte s'est montrée très gentille et disponible. À notre arrivée, l'appartement était très propre, de l'eau fraîche nous attendait dans le réfrigérateur, et tous les lits (y compris le canapé-lit) étaient préparés avec du savon et des serviettes à disposition.
Il manque peut-être une climatisation, mais des ventilateurs sont à disposition. Le canapé lit n'est pas des plus confortable mais comme nous étions seulement de passage pour une nuit, cela était suffisant.
