Holiday vista Montagna

We loved our stay here! It was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. It was such a treat to sit out on the large terrace in the evening. There is private parking with accommodation which was also very helpful. It was just a short walk to the beach, restaurants and supermarket. Alina, the host, was super friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

Die Gastgeberin ist ausgesprochen freundlich, hilfsbereit und sympathisch! Der sehr nahe gelegene Privatparkplatz am Ende der Straße ist super praktisch, da es ohne diesen schwierig werden kann das Auto vernünftig abzustellen. Das Apartment ist liebevoll eingerichtet und äußerst sauber. Die Ausstattung ist prima und obendrein standen reichlich Gewürze, Öle, usw. zur Verfügung. Zudem bekamen wir sehr leckeres Gebäck geschenkt - tolle Aufmerksamkeit! Die Lage ist super. In kürzester Zeit erreicht man zu Fuß den Strand bzw. verschiedene Restaurants, die Wohnstraße selbst ist dennoch angenehm ruhig. Wer mit kleinen Kindern reist wird sich über den tollen fußläufigen Spielplatz direkt am Strand freuen. Eine überdachte Terrasse lädt zum Essen im Freien ein. Wir sind rundum zufrieden und würden jederzeit wieder hier wohnen, wenn wir nochmal in die Gegend reisen.

Es ist recht hellhörig und insbesondere das Verschieben der Stühle ist relativ laut. Man verursacht so selbst Geräusche, bzw. hört sie von den Nachbarn. Uns hat es nicht wirklich gestört, dennoch empfehlen wir Filzgleiter oder Stuhlbeinkappen anzubringen.

Une hôte disponible pour toute questions, souriante et chaleureuse. Un appartement non loin des plages de Cala gonone et des petites supérettes, au calme, propre, avec tout les équipements necessaires pour se sentir comme à la maison.

Le tri des dechets qui demande un peu de réflexion chaque jour mais l'hôte est indépendante de cette initiative (demande de la commune)

The check-in experience was great unfortunately we didn't get to meet Elena but she sounded really cool and the video she sent via WhatsApp was really helpful. The accommodation itself was newly renovated, really clean, and had every amenity you could possibly think of... even a couple of umbrellas you could borrow. Bed was nice and comfy too. Location was absolutely perfect, couldn't have picked a better location. Everything was walkable and even though we had a car we left it in the car park the whole time.... there's a dedicated car park area to the right of the property. The streets to get there are fairly tight so maybe don't have a massive car if you want to park there.... but that didn't seem to stop some people so it is achievable. There's a supermarket 3 minute walk up the hill, very convenient. There's a beach which is 5 minute walk with lots of restaurants lining the street, and there's access to other beaches 10 to 15 minutes walk. The beaches are beautiful too. Would 100% stay here again.

The bin situation was really confusing, not necessarily the properties fault, just the area/local rules that you are supposed to follow.
