About this house rental
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a nice family building, in Sardinia in Cala Gonone, in a quiet street just 50 meters from the sea.
The attic is very bright and fresh and enjoys a SPECTACULAR VIEW towards the Gulf of Orosei and is the ideal solution for families up to 4 people maximum or for couples of friends.
Reached the 3 floor you will find on your right the entrance door with the word INTERNAL 2. Once you enter, a small hallway will welcome you and on the right you will find 2 nice and comfortable bedrooms - one double and one with 2 single beds, which can be combined into a double bed- with wardrobe and a large window in each room where you can enjoy the fresh air and the magnificent sea and mountain view! :)
Continuing on the left, however, you will find the spacious master bathroom of the house with a bathtub, bidet, toilet, sink and mirror (also with a window).
Beyond the disengagement the apartment will open in an open space which leads to the large veranda which is the real star of the house!
The open space includes a living room area with sofa, TV and small library area and the kitchen area and table where you can prepare all the dishes of your liking. Even from here, you can enjoy during the preparation of a beautiful view, as the kitchen has a large window always with sea view.
Finally, as already mentioned above the VERANDA SEA VIEW furnished with table, chairs and umbrella, from where you can enjoy a breathtaking view along the gulf.
The apartment is located in a central and very quiet area of the village, from where you can easily access a few steps on foot to the sea, beaches and all the amenities such as: playground, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, etc.
Also just below the house there is an area with public parking where you can park your car.

This was a great rental for the price. The owner was incredibly kind and communicative!Important to note there is no WiFi (my fault for not checking) and it has a bit of a smell… That being said we got used to it and had an incredible time in Cala ganone.Would recommend for people looking for a great spot on a budget and spending most of their time out exploring.

Eine tolle Unterkunft mit grandiosem Ausblick auf die Bucht von Cala Gonone. Aus jedem Zimmer hat man diese Aussicht und die Terrasse ist wirklich ein Traum. Beim Mobiliar und der Ausstattung in der Küche könnte nachgebessert werden.

Haus mit vielen Ferienwohnungen die zu unserem Reisetermin nicht belegt waren.
Die Lage ist top, direkt neben einem Supermarkt, in 2 Minuten am Strand und im Ort. Leider war der Supermarkt noch geschlossen.
Man hat nur von der Dachwohnung aus Meerblick, dieser ist wirklich traumhaft und entschädigt dafür in den 3. Stock zu müssen.
Leider gibt es kein W-lan im Haus und der Empfang war etwa mau.
