Apartment was in a great location.
This property was advertised as suitable for “Smart Working,” but the Wi-Fi was not functional for the first five days of my stay. After several attempts to reach the property management company—and after I provided screenshots showing no connection—the router/service was replaced on day five. Even then, the Wi-Fi remained unreliable. A Booking.com representative told me I would receive a 20% refund of what I paid, plus reimbursement for any mobile data charges I incurred to get online. I only received a partial refund. Overall, this felt like misleading advertising and was a disappointing experience.
