The hosts were very helpful. What did not work was that I was delayed entering the flat because I did not have the codes. I searched my email and could not find them. I also looked on the website but could not find them there. After a delay of about 2 hours I eventually reached the hosts by phone, who gave me the codes. So the first evening did not go so well. I do not if this was due to a misunderstanding on my part or whether the hosts or the website was to blame. The problem is all instructions and info are scattered around in different emails and web pages instead of being concentrated in one place. It should be made more convenient, especially as it can be awkward handling luggage and using one's phone at the same time. However, I appreciated the concierge who helped set up the airco. It was very hot.
