Дейсительно очень близко к вокзалу. Встретила очень приятная женщина, скорее всего хозяйка. Есть все необходимое в кварире для очень временного проживания. В комнате есть балкон. Близко продуктовые магазины
Квартира находится по факту на 3 этаже. Так что, кто с багажом будте готовы. При заселении ничего не понятно, дают код только от входной двери, так же при заселении оказывается, что это квартира в которой сдается одна из комнат, где общая кухня и ванная. Ключа от входной двери нет, дверь постоянно открыта, если ее закроют непонято как попасть в квартиру. При заселении хозяйка сказала, что должна приехать еще одна женщина. Двери в комнаты закрываются на обычный комнатный замок. Т.е по факту в квартире вы будете проживать не одни. Интренет был слабый, было очень холодно, отопление не работало (на улице было -1 ночью). неудобный матрас, подушки используются очень давно, так что и подушками сложно назвать. В любой момент может придти хозяйка с нижнего этажа.
