Dolly Baby

Alarcón is a beautiful, small, quiet ancient village on a promontory with a castle which is a now parador. It is also a living village. The bizarrely named 'Dolly Baby' is the upstairs of a small, quiet house, in which there are two rooms for guests. It is close to the castle and to the main, lively village restaurant. It is tasteful, comfortable and unpretentious. There are no staff on the premises, but at the end of a telephone (at a local hotel, it appears). The person who let us in was charming in an understated way.

Hard-pressed to think of any suggestions for improvement. Perhaps a few small things to eat in the fridge to go with the pod coffee machine? Trivial stuff.

El personal, atento. La habitación sencilla pero cómoda. El desayuno muy bueno en el hotel Hierba Luisa que tiene una bonita decoración.

Habitación tranquila y cómoda en el centro de Alarcón, bien ubicada para poder pasar un fin de semana y visitar el pueblo y sus alrededores.

No detectamos ningún aspecto importante que pueda mejorarse por nuestra parte. Como dato, la habitación está ubicada en el primer piso de una casa vieja rehabilitada, por lo que no la recomendaría a personas con movilidad reducida. Por lo demás, perfecta.
