Perfect location. Surprisingly quiet.

Loved that there is a proper comfortable cot for babies - not just a travel one Decent highchair also available The flat is very spacious, plenty of room, especially for London Clean bedding, towels provided Parking is a great bonus Good check-in instructions Responsive with messaging Some rooms are quiet Shower gel/shampoo in bathroom dispensers (although no label to see what is what) Good location, few mins from cafes/shops/restaurants

It's a bit rough round the edges, scuffed walls/skirting, broken pane of glass in the living room, could do with a refresh and deep clean Hallway of shared flats similar, very strong smell of cannabis, mattress on stairway One of the rooms the mattress is so soft/springs gone that it's visibly dipped in the middle even before you get on it. Not comfortable and with two sharing you'd both be rolled into the centre One room loud with traffic noise, skylight wouldn't fully close Couldn't find utensils to easily close skylights and blinds out of reach No plugs in any sinks so couldn't fill up for washing up etc

Excellent location for Lords and Regents Park. Good clean rooms
