Good communication with clear and detailed access instructions, and quick responses from Mathias. The apartment is complete, well equipped, well located, and in a quiet street. The rest of the apartment was fine.
The main issue concerns the cleanliness of the bedding: no duvet covers, unclean duvets, yellowed pillow covers, and only single-size sheets provided for a double bed. Additionally, there was no hot water upon arrival. Improving the bedding quality and cleanliness would significantly enhance the stay.
