Susan was really polite and flexible person.

Too small boiler at this place. We were 5 persons as it is spacious apartment. For 5 persons 30 liters boiler is too small. Some of us had to use cold water or wait several hours until the water will be hot again. I have to mention that where is no dishwasher in the apartment so the same 30liters of hot water is used to wash the dishes. So after washing dishes it is not possible to use the shower because where is no hot water. The matress in the main bedroom is old or very bad quality because on one side of the bed is like a hole. So it is imposible to sleep comfortable for two persons. Air conditioner is only in the living room and it is not enough, because working all day long it cools only the living room and all the other rooms has the same temperature as it is outside. So to sleep with 30 degrees in bedroom is difficult. Everything else was good as it is at home.
