Loved the pool and location. It was clean, and beds were comfortable.
Sliding door was constantly coming off track, the pull out couches were super uncomfortable, access code didn’t work, check out time should be the normal 11 instead of 10 in my opinion. Fridge ice dispenser didn’t work. AC struggled to stay below 80 during day. For the money, we just felt it needed some things fixed, and shouldn’t have.

Very nice home. Comfortable and spacious!
Had issues with the shower in the guest bath. Water temp wouldn’t regulate and was scalding. Master toilet ran constantly. Spa jets did not work.

Well decorated, great location close to the beach and restaurants . Home was spaces with lots of amenities.
When we got there, the hot tub and pool was green and full of algae. I texted the host and they sent someone right away that evening and the hot tub in pool was ready to go for the next day . Door lock on the front door did not work. You had to use the side door from the garage. It took a little bit to get in.

The hosts were very responsive and took care of some of our issues straight away, which was much appreciated. Once everything got settled, we had a great time. The grill was great & the kitchen was very decently stocked (although an 8x13 baking pan would've been nice to have). The beds were comfortable and having a sitting area near the kitchen was great so that we could socialize while someone (me) was cooking lol. There were pool towels, beach chairs, & even a beach wagon. The beaches were 10 min away and there were plenty of restaurants nearby to choose from as well.
Check-in wasn't very smooth. They sent us a backup code as they had been having issues with the door lock. I think the door batteries were dead as neither code worked. I called them and they were able to give me the code to the lock box. Once we were in, the garage door was broken (the motor was running, but the door wouldn't lift), the pool was green, and there were 3 full trash cans (outside of the garage) that were full of stinky trash with flies all around (garbage day was the day before). They were so full that there wasn't going to be room for our trash during the stay. I messaged them through the Booking.com app and called and was able to get a hold of someone. I ended up getting them to send someone for the pool that evening so we could use it the next day. Also, someone came out the next morning to take the trash cans to the curb (so at least we didn't have to take them out or walk by them each time we exited through that door).
