    Disappointing experience with lost property handling I stayed in Room [Room Number] and unfortunately left behind a shirt and a phone charger. While the front desk informed me that the shirt was recovered, they claimed no charger was found. I am 100% sure the charger was left in the room—it remained plugged in and was never used or taken anywhere outside the hotel during my stay. It is extremely frustrating to have staff dismiss a clearly left-behind item rather than conducting a proper check around the outlets, behind furniture, or double-checking with housekeeping. Be extra careful with your personal belongings if you stay here, as the follow-up on left-behind property is unsatisfactory.
