The location was amazing; the hosts were easy to work with and always responsive. The set out of the house worked well for our group and had lots of room inside and out.
There was not much we didn't like. The pool table had a bit of a slope in it but other than that it was a great place.

Short walk to the beach, lovely out on the veranda, a lovely way to spend time in the gem of Gerroa.

Minimal hanging space for a weeks stay. We lived out of our suitcase.

Great Location, but no view to speak of. Easy walk to beach and local shop. Pool table a hit for kids but was way off level.
No garage or under cover parking. Garbage bins had been left out on street after a pick up . A number of door locks and window locks either had no key or were problematic. Sliding external door to bottom bedroom was broken and seemed like it had been that way for some time. Overall it felt as if the place was very tired and any improvements had been done on the cheap.
