Está muy cerca de Birj Kalifa, hay un super Carrefour al lado. La entrada, es un hotel de 5 estrellas, muy bonito todo. El apartamento está muy bien.

Que al ser un apartamento particular, y al estar dentro de un hotel 5 estrellas, no tiene el servicio de limpieza de habitación. Entonces, no reponen toallas ni comodidades del día a día, tampoco hay utensilios de belleza ni shampoo. Es un apartamento para estar la estancia que necesitas, como particular, no como hotel.

We were absolutely delighted with the apartment ! Everything was perfectly clean, and the comfortable bed, soft pillows, and good blackout curtains allowed us to sleep incredibly well 🙂👍 The bathroom was very convenient, with perfectly regulated water temperature. Because for me is very important to sleep well and have a great shower in the morning. A special thanks to the owner, who is extremely friendly and patient. He kindly waited for us for three hours because I said we would arrive at 17:00, but we actually arrived at 20:00. Now I understand how important it is to inform the host about the exact arrival time. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you might need: a TV, Wi-Fi, a modern fridge, stove, microwave, kettle, and all the essential kitchen items. The room is also well soundproofed, which made our stay peaceful and relaxing. And the view from the window was absolutely breathtaking - it made our stay even more memorable. Near Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall - 8 min walking. Also the great things is that down is a Shop "Carfour" every day we could buy cheaper water, fruits, bread, cheese, and snacks. And cook breakfast in the apartaments 🙏 There is also an excellent restaurant on the hotel’s territory “Laylack”. We had lunch and dinner there almost every day. The food is extremely tasty — the meat dishes, salads, everything was delicious and the prices were very reasonable, around 100–130 dirhams.(30€) Also !)))) I forgot to say that my son 10 years old plays Professional on the piano and this apartaments has piano and Swimming pool. We could not believe in our happiness really 🥹 We would gladly stay here again ❤️

Очень старая студия в которой отсутствовали пляжные полотенца, очень грязно и не комфортно находится, приходили только переночевать! Очень грязный матрас и постельное белье, отсутствовал наматрасник, не мытые окна и балкон, под кроватью вообще никогда не убирались! Постоянные проблемы с водой(и горячей и холодной)! Абсолютно неудобный сервис Валет-паркинга(что бы поставить машину на паркинг, надо ждать 30-40 минут у дома). Бред! Куда угодно-только не сюда!

My stay at the accommodation was excellent - it had a great location walking distance to the mall. The host was very friendly and helpful, ensuring that everything went smoothly for me and that I was comfortable during my time there. I really appreciated how thoughtful and attentive they were in making sure I enjoyed my visit.
