The apartment wall all right, it was clean, so that’s a bonus. The studio is very small and crowded with a lot of stuff, for a couple of days it’s ok but if you want to stay more you don’t have space open the luggages and to more around. The buidling facilities are amazing, that 10.

Unfortunately, our stay was affected by very poor communication and misleading information. We arrived by car and specifically choose this apartment because the listing clearly stated that a parking space was included. However, we were not allowed to enter the building parking. Despite informing them in advance that the car was rented, we were asked for numerous documents, including ownership papers, and then told to wait for approval. We waited over one hour in the car outside because the car was full of luggage, food, shopping stuff, with no clear answer, and eventually realized that the approval was not coming, so we had to carry everything manually to the apartment, which was very inconvenient. To make things worse, we stayed 5 days, and the car was never approved, not even by check-out. At check-out, no one came to inspect the apartment or return the deposit. • We were given a phone number and email address, but calls were never answered (even after waiting 10–15 minutes, the call would disconnect). • Email responses were extremely slow. • We requested an invoice for a company, but after reminders, we received an invoice issued on my personal name instead, which was incorrect. While the area itself is nice, the communication and handling of basic logistics were very poor, which significantly affected our stay.
