Very good location Very nice backyard and pool The TVs were nice and functional

The house had a bad chemical smell when we arrived. There was trash in the sink disposal The AC units were very loud The pool was not clean The bathrooms were tiny The lines were not great quality The bath supplies were limited and not good quality The kitchenware was not good quality Part of the house had poor internet connection

Location was great. House size was very good. Having a big back yard was great also.

The exterior of the property was a mess. Both front and back. The front has construction material and the back was a mess including the pool. The property management cleaned the back up. But the pool we did not really use because the heater was off. I was able to turn it on but the pool never reached 85 degrees. The interior was ok but a lot of broken or damaged items in the house, which was disappointing. Also we discovered that the back door sliders in the bedroom and many windows, had no locks or the the locks were broken. This was expensive for what it really was.

the property was spotless and better than photographs suggest. the open layout made me love this home

the security deposit caught me by surprise, but the rep was very communicative and helpful
