Welcome to "The Hidden Gem!" This beautiful property, located in the heart of Fort Lauderdale, features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and an oasis of a backyard that is to die for! The professionally decorated space offers a open floor plan but three very private bedrooms each with their own bath. The lush, private backyard features a heated pool, hot tub, and plenty of areas to enjoy the Florida sunshine!
As you enter through the front gate, you will walk through a beautiful tropical courtyard on the way to the front door. Once you step inside, you are greeted by the open floor living plan of the house and the high faulted ceilings that create a very comfortable living space of the house. This area combines the kitchen, dining area, and living room and features views of the pool area and the beautiful courtyard. There is also sliding doors that lead to the screened in porch that wraps the back of the house.
The layout of the bedrooms allows for maximum privacy. The master bedroom is located in the back of the house and is a wing all to itself. It features sliding glass doors that also enter into the screened porch with a beautiful view of the pool, and a large completely walk-through closet. The master bath is attached which is beautifully modern with a hint of traditional charm. The 2nd bedroom is located on one side of the front of the house and has a hall bath near the bedroom. The 3rd bedroom is located on the other side of the front of the house and has an attached bath.
The backyard is like a tropical resort. The screened in porch gives you several sitting areas as it wraps the entire back of the house. The pool area features a hot tub and beautiful pool. The landscaping and completely fenced in backyard makes it very private and you can be in a world of your own!

We rented to property to celebrate our wedding anniversary and my husband birthday. The pool area was very private and clean. You could not control the temperature of the hot tub but thankfully it was warm at night . Surprising no pool towels which was weird , we had to run to target to purchase them. There was more than enough shower towels. The house was in driving distance to grocery stores. We did Uber to lauderdale by the sea and down town lauderdale beach . Residential area was nice and quiet.
We would definitely book again!

We had a wonderful week at this home. The owner was very responsive with any questions about the rental and the check in process was timely and easy. The property was very clean and had all we needed. Great location to all sites and the beach. I would recommend this site for anyone looking to stay in the Ft. Lauderdale area.
