The communication with the owner was very easy. We arrived earlier than expected but were able to gain access to the caravan with no delays. Once there it was very clean and welcoming. The little touches that were left for us were lovely. Our daughter and grandaughter loved them. Even the little basket for the dog. Couldn’t fault anything about the property

Older family teens - twenties something for all

No photos as we'd just enjoyed so much I forgot to take. As mum of the group, it was the family time I'd been after for so long. Myself and husband took our son and his girlfriend (both 20), our younger son, and his mate (both 14) for a short 2 night break. I loved everyone coming in as it got dark, having some tea, then just hanging out together. We found the van clean, tidy, modern. Full of treats and extras I wouldn't have thought of but we loved - the Halloween goodies we're perfect. Thank you Jane. The 2 nights have left me feeling so relaxed that it normally takes the long Christmas break off work to achieve! Relaxing in the hot tub, listening about the fish that got away, playing cards, catching monoploy cheaters, watching spooky films and falling asleep in a warm lull hearing everyone happy and content. I know this weekend will be a cherished memory and a measure which we'll compare any future breaks to. I couldn't recreate this as well at home on a cold weekend, I've tried. Thank you for sharing your van and letting us create such wonderful memories here xx

I really didn't like that we hadn't booked longer! Fish lakes the lads tried we're full of seaweed, apparently, they caught nothing in 2 days but it is getting colder and our group are relatively young / new to the sport and were probably a little sore to not getting a catch haha. I felt unsure about what facilities we did have access to and the facilities staff we're quite abrupt and referred us to the van owners rather than just saying, though I'm sure they get asked alot, I'd not have the patience myself. I'm happy that when we called to enquire they we're more than happy to explain and sort out if we wanted, but wasn't worth it for us just to have a nosey around as the lads just wanted to fish, you we're absolutely right on that Jane they loved the fishing even if they didn't manage to catch anything, but there still learning and just wanted to shower then soak after a long day fishing. Sorry again for the call, but thank you for being so helpful and understanding.

Highly recommend, comfortable and clean.

Had an absolutely amazing few days away with family, this property we stayed in was clean and comfortable, everything you needed was provided. We visited tattersall farm park and had a meal at the tattersall pub/ restaurant just outside the grounds, then coming back to the hot tub, to relax and unwind at the end of a busy day. I would highly recommend this property for a relaxing weekend break, there was everything you needed and to put your mind at ease there was always communication with the owner from start to finish, always responding really quick and very helpful, nothing was too much trouble. I can not wait for my next visit ☺️.

The accommodation was excellent! So many little extra touches that helped make the stay even better. Really comfortable beds, hot tub was very clean and checked daily by site staff. Location was great.

Excellent accommodation for our family time together

The accommodation was very comfortable and clean. The owner had provided a fan, knowing it was going to be a hot weekend, the fan broke and the owner went above and beyond to get a replacement for us. The location was lovely, a little play area within view of the accommodation. The area is near to an air force base and we were fortunate to see planes above.

Price of the passes to get into the 'Away Resorts' owned part of Tattershall... £95 for 2 adults, a 3 year old and a baby... Only things that were open was the pool (which you had to book a time slot), splash pool indoor which was quite poor. And the outdoor parks... very excessive cost. Nothing the accommodation owner could do.

Cosy clean and tidy.

So clean and cosy! Lots of games and books for the kids, hot tub lovely and warm when we got there. The host was also very responsive with any questions we had. We will definitely be coming back!

Was lovely and clean, had a lovely welcome pack, with games and things for the children, couldn’t complain at all!

Nothing … although they was someone close by playing very loud music and shouting and singing until after 3.30am when someone else went out and told them to be quiet!
