Well equipped and clean. Good value and good location for us

The property was clean, well equipped for 6 of us and great as a base for 6 people for the price. It was warm and nicely decorated. The estate it was located in, on the edge of Douvaine was pleasant enough.

Both my family and ourselves arrived separately and both parties struggled with the instructions to find the block, flat and lock box. I am sure it could have been better described. I did not find the photos identifying the block for a long time and I never found a description of the location of the key box which was nowhere near the front door! It meant we thought we had not found the correct property. The name of the property bore no relation to the address. So T3 and Cozy do not help you locate the property. The sofa bed was OK but the mattress or bedding on the sofabed smelt a bit of cigarette smoke and wasn't massively comfortable. It was entirely clean and we did sleep ok. The room did not smell of cigarettes but in close proximity to the mattress and sofa it was possible to detect cigarettes.

Le volet du salon ne ferme pas, la manivelle est cassée. La lumière dans la salle de bain est trop faible, un globe est cassé. Les casseroles et poêle sont très abîmées , à remplacer complètement . Housse de couette trouée

Das Appartement ist gut eingerichtet. Grosse Küche und grosser Kühlschrank, Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Eigener Parkplatz vorhanden.

Das Licht im Badezimmer könnte wirklich besser sein. Zu dunkel. Die Schlüsselbox ist bei Dunkelheit schwierig zu finden.

Schlecht auffindbarer Zugangsanleitung. Und diese ausschließlich auf französisch. Wir haben 53 Minuten gebraucht um in die Wohnung zu gelangen.

Sin agua por motivo de avería durante toda la estancia

Estuvimos sin agua durante toda la estancia, el dueño podría haber estado informado.Los primeros días conectaban el agua a primera y última hora del día; los últimos ni eso. Nos vimos obligados a comprar botellas de agua para asearnos, ir al baño, beber, cocinar,...y sin ninguna respuesta al problema o solución por parte del alojamiento. Nos alojamos 6 personas y dos de ellas niños de 9 y 4 años; impensable estar sin agua corriente en grifos. El alojamiento tenia además lavadora y lavavajillas que por supuesto no pudimos usar. Añadir además que no tuvieron detalle de proporcionar gel o jabón en el baño, y para 6 personas nos dejaron solo 2 rollos de papel higiénico.

Canapé lit dans le salon pas confortable,manque peut-être à mon goût, quelques crochets dans les chambres pour accrocher son pyjama ou autre toute petite armoire serait pratique pour vider sa valise.

Δυστυχώς η εμπειρία μας το πρώτο βράδυ μας χάλασε πολύ.

Είναι αρκετά μεγάλο, σχετικά άνετο με όμορφη διακόσμηση.

Είχε αρκετή υγρασία σε ένα από τα υπνοδωμάτια. Δεν υπήρχαν χώροι αποθήκευσης. Το διπλό κρεβάτι έχει πολύ κακό στρώμα. Το χειρότερο όλων είναι οι οδηγίες για να βρεις τα κλειδιά οι οποίες δεν είναι ξεκάθαρες όπως ξεκάθαρο δεν είναι και το που βρίσκεται το διαμέρισμα ακριβώς. Επίσης εμείς αναγκαστήκαμε να κοιμηθούμε το πρώτο βράδυ στο αυτοκίνητο καθώς δεν γνωρίζαμε τη χρήση ενός εκ των κλειδιών στην εξώπορτα. Προσπαθούσαμε απο τις 11 το βράδυ να επικοινωνήσουμε με κάποιον να μας βοηθήσει αλλά δεν υπήρχε κανείς.

Joli appartement moderne proche des commerces et bien situé,malheureux le propriétaire ne doit pas venir souvent visiter son appartement.

À notre arrivée,nous avions pas les indications pour trouver l’appartement,c’est le président du syndic qui nous a gentiment expliqué,lui aussi mécontent du propriétaire. La literie est très moyenne , le grand lit inconfortable, pas de protège matelas ,oreiller très usagés,rien pour ranger les vêtements. Nous avons eut une inondation dans la chambre,l’eau venait de la douche,nous avons épongé 10 litres d’eau . Pas assez de vaisselle quand vous passez 8 jours.
