It is well located, the keys were taken from a lock box, 2 o 3 buildings away, the host do not speak English but we made it to communicate via Booking only, he was responsive at least. The apartment huge, three rooms every one with 2 single beds, kitchen and in general are good equipped, good in many senses. The kitchen, very good and well equipped. The problem: The beds, the floor and the door are old-wooden made so they are really noise, when sleeping, walking, opening / closing the door, we have found the door open a couple times even after making sure it was well closed, so we had to use the door lock all the time, internet reliability is not good. The host was responsive most of the time, but at the last minute didn't want to talk anymore.

The arrival day, the floor was dirty, we found women's make up and not valuable things behind and under a closet, a 1.5L Coca Kola left in one of the rooms (from the cleaning person maybe), cans of beer in the other room (maybe the same person), the Internet AP gets hot laying down on the wooden floor, may be the reason why internet doesn't work well. The Water and Coffee Maker machines were extremely dirty, like not used for years. And the shower hanger tube is not well mounted or about to fall, so it could hurt anybody when taking a shower.

Die Wohnung war sehr geräumig, man konnte gut parken, die Lage ist sehr praktisch und es war angenehm ruhig

Man merkt den Preis: teilweise etwas spartanisch eingerichtet, eine ältere Wohnung, gerade in nicht viel benutzen Ecken nicht ganz sauber und einige kleinere Herausforderungen (Toiletten lief nicht ganz ab, Schlüssel klemmte,...)

Posizione, riscaldamento ambiente e acqua.

La serratura d'ingresso difettosa, così come quella del bagno ( la sera non siamo riusciti ad utilizzarlo). Supporto doccia precario e pericoloso (caduto più volte)
