La Casita de Puerto

Lovely apartment near the airport. Clean, comfortable, quiet and spacious. Juan was so helpful and friendly and left us some arrival drinks and snacks. Check in and check out were easy.

This is one of the places that just makes your day by entering it. It is lovely, bright, and excellently ventilated. One of the rooms has a limited sea view that is fantastic in the morning. The building is quiet, unless you are in the interior bedroom. The lighting is also great and carefully curated. The bathroom is comfortable, and it is well ventilated. The location is great; you would be at the very center of the city, within a short walking distance of the beach, mall, and main places to eat out. The host, who is super attentive and helpful, had left a supply of drinkable water, along with some courtesy snacks and beers. Very clean place as well. Totally recommended for couples or single travellers who want to use Puerto del Rosario as a base for getting to know the city or the northern part of the island.

El apartamento está ubicado muy cerca de Playa Chica muy céntrico pero tranquilo. Es muy cómodo y amplio. El propietario muy amable y atento.

Está bien situado estratégicamente pero las calles colindantes dan un poco de inseguridad, (casas ocupadas). La atención del dueño muy buena.

El piso está a falta de arreglos, lamparas sin plafón, enchufes en mal estado. La pintura deja mucho que desear. Colchones en mal estado.
