Tutto!!!,appartamento nuovo molto carino, con tutti i confort e accessori nuovi. Ottima la posizione vicino a tutti negozi, soprattutto per chi deve visitare la meravigliosa isola. Un altra cosa molto top!!! è la terrazza con un murales appena realizzato, dove poter rilassarci e prendere anche il sole. E un grazie speciale a Daniele il proprietario che ci ha accolti con gentilezza e disponibilità, ci ha fatto sentire come a casa.🙏

Las zona común del edificio es muy sucia y desordenada. Hay mal olor del vecino de abajo. Muy mejorable la sensación de entrada. La terraza que ofrecen es una azotea compartida muy descuidada, en obras. Muy mejorable en general
