Great tiny home with good facilities. The location is great for spending time in Port Stephens. The owner has an amazing restaurant on the property!

The location, very peaceful and quiet, very comfortable.
It is not a big deal but maybe the toilet, I think it is a portable toilet so can get full anytime but it’s true that once is full we can contact the property manager and they provide help.

A bit too close to other tiny home. No hot water. Needs a better driveway so you dont get bogged in the sand or have to walk through that sand. Was offered a restaurant voucher by the host but considering the cost, I thought a partial refund would have been more sufficient.
