Great yard for the fur babies Good location
The shower over the bath could be problematic with 2 steps If you wanted to cook bring your own knife. And only one cutting board

A handrail in the bathroom would be a bonus.

Very spacious, awesome location. Has air conditioning and was comfortable and clean.
The upstairs level smells like fish upon entry. I found the lack of basic amenities an inconvenience. You will have to bring everything, fitted sheets, pillow cases, sponges, tea towels, paper towels ect.
