De beschikbare woonruimte, dus 3 slaapkamers van prima afmeting, de keuken, de 2 badkamers en de woonkamer. Verder rondom het appartement 3 balkons, waarvan aan de voorzijde een heerlijk groot balkon. Het appartement was zeer schoon. Ook de beschikbare apparaten als wasmachine, strijkijzer en de verschillende bad en keukenapparatuur maakt het appartement compleet. Afstand naar Metro op 5 tot 10 minuutjes lopen. Tevens restaurantje en wat winkeltjes op 200 tot 300 meter.
Meubels ietsjes versleten en geen sterk wifi signaal in woonkamer. Twee hele kleine minpunten die een verblijf niet beïnvloeden.
