NEED TO SOLVE GAS & INTERNET, repairs required. TABAS not good enough.

The appartment location was excellent, very close to the beach, plenty of gastronomical and shopping locationes nearby. The size of the appartment was optimal.

All the appartment was deteriorated. Stains on the sofa, scratches on the floor, and very low maintenance showed that some investment is required for maintenance. WIFI didn´t work properly and we could not take some online meetings. Nowadays this level of appartment with NO INTERNET connection is very bad. It should be mandatory to guarantee this type of service. NO GAS: since the second day of our stay, gas supplier cut the gas supply because of no payment on gas bills. We had to take COLD SHOWERS since then. We claimed since the very beggining but no quick action to solve. This condition remained until we left. TABAS took some time to reply but seemed to lack of resources to solve these issues. They offered another appartement but moving for the last 2 nights on an 7 night stay was complicated because it affected our daily plans. Reimbursement is expected (10%) as a compensation but they take 20 working days!!! So long....
