The flat is not new, but it’s clean and fully equipped (either with kitchen equipment or with shampoo, bath foam, dish soap, rubbish bags…). There a nice balcony as well. The flat is on the rear front of the building and this means nice silence in the morning.
Instructions on how to identify the flat (3rd floor when accessing from the parking place) should be improved: on the entrance door there is no specification of Proprietes Autentik.
The parking place is useful, but rather narrow and not obvious to drive in/out.
