La vue sur les montagne et le beau balcon
La vétusté de certaines pieces comme la salle de bain et les toilettes.La cuisine ou il manque une hotte aspirante et un four et comment pouvoir prendre un repas à plus de 2 sur cette minuscule table et que dire sur le canapé vraiment inconfortable.... Le plus gros soucis est de grimper ces 3 étages sans ascenseur
