The Housekeeper was the NICEST , KINDEST SOUL I have ever met. She is the best. She never made us feel uncomfortable she was so kind and respectful and made us feel like home treated us like her own children. The house was kept so clean and amazing she is the best

Nothing it was exceptional

It's a really nice house with a lot of space. It's quiet and perfect for a family stay.

I rented the place for the space and opportunity to have a private getaway with my mother and asked the landlord to not get disturbed by her personell until checkout time, 2 pm. A minor thing happened that wasn't appreciated but worth to mention as the communication don't seem to work well. I got confirmed from the landlord we wouldn't get disturbed and the morning after in the morning the pool cleaner entered the property unannounced around 10 am without saying hello or something, started to clean the pool. When I asked him if he didn't get information that there are guests renting the house he said he knew about it but thought we were sleeping and thought it was okay to just enter and do his job. I contacted the landlord that said she would talk to the staff and that she had informed them and shouldn't have entered. For me, paying full price for my privacy I really do expect to have my privacy. Did I get compensated? No, instead I got a rude message back showing me that this landlord will not be my choice next time me or anyone I know come back to Marrakech.

The housekeeper turiya was amazing, she was very attentive, polite and helpful. She kept the villa nice and clean and also made us a nice breakfast. 10/10 for her.

The fact that the host/owner lives in another country and was very slow in responding to our concerns. Firstly the pathway leading up to the villa was under construction which though I was informed of this, it was impossible for my elderly mother who was in a wheelchair to pass on. All of the showers were either broken (all the overheads were not working so had to use the side hoses) or had temperature issues, the bedroom door handle was broken, one of the rooms were unusable as it had a sewage smell. Also, the villa was not cleaned and ready for us at 2pm, this is of no fault of the housekeeper because it’s unfair for her to clean the whole place by herself. We informed the host of all of the above issues, she claimed to have sent a technician out to resolve all of them, I waited all day and they didn’t arrive. It’s a shame because if those issues were not there, it was actually a really nice looking villa.
