Чистая, удобная квартира, без посторонних запахов, удачное месторасположение, уютный и тихий двор. Рядом парк, торговый центр. Прямо напротив отель Ibis, в ресторане которого можно завтракать (шведский стол) и обедать.

Слабая шумоизоляция. Лифт всегда играет мелодию когда останавливается и это очень сильно слышно в квартире.

Ottima posizione. Appartamento confortevole e pulito. L’host è stato gentilissimo: ci ha fatto trovare anche due bottiglie di acqua e il the e caffè col bollitore.

The apartment is really nice and vibrant, fully renovated nice furniture with a bedroom and living room separated kitchen and nice bathroom.

Unfortunately the apartment is in an old building and there is close to zero sound proofing, there was too much noise from neighboring apartments during the whole day and even the night we could hear the toilet and shower from the other apartments. So if you go there to relax - that kind of destroys the concept. There should be full black curtains at least in the bedroom, as even though it was snowing and generally there was no sun there was a lot of light coming from the windows. Also for winter there should be near the door a place to leave the shoes as it would be bad to destroy the newly renovated floor. There was only one key provided, but we did not ask for a second to be honest.
