Piękny apartament . Czystki , świetna lokalizacja i dojazd do centrum . Dobry kontakt z właścicielem odnośnie odebrania kluczy .

Neues Apartment Nr. 1 im Erdgeschoss des Gebäudes. Im Innenhof gibt es einen eigenen Entspannungsbereich mit Tisch und Stühlen für das Apartment. Geräumige Wohnung. Großes Badezimmer. Bequeme Betten. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, allerdings fehlten kleine Löffel. Ruhige und friedliche Umgebung. Nebenan befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle.

Obwohl zuvor mitgeteilt worden war, dass der Parkplatz genutzt werden könne, war er nicht verfügbar. Der Parkplatz an der Straße steht nur am Wochenende kostenlos zur Verfügung. In der Küche riecht es nach Feuchtigkeit.

We stayed in Apartment No. 5 and absolutely loved it. Everything appeared to be newly renovated, and the apartment was very modern, clean, and comfortable. As we stayed over the weekend, we were able to park for free in the public parking spaces outside. I’m not sure what the parking situation is like on weekdays, but the property does not have its own private parking. There is a grocery store nearby, and the area was very quiet, which made it easy to get a good night’s sleep. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this apartment!

More attention needs to be paid to cleanliness. We stayed with our two young children, and while walking barefoot, our son got a small piece of broken glass stuck in his foot. The cushions on the sofa were also stained and dirty, so the apartment definitely needs to be cleaned much more thoroughly. There was no air conditioning, but luckily there was a regular rotating fan, which really saved us. The bedroom window could not be opened, but we were told that it would be fixed soon.

Mi è piaciuta la posizione molto comoda uscendo dall’autostrada , gli appartamenti sono ben ristrutturati in stile moderno, la cucina ben attrezzata ,letto abbastanza comodo tranne il cuscino . L’host molto disponibile e chiara nelle istruzioni per l’accesso autonomo .La prima volta che abbiamo soggiornato ci sono state lasciate anche delle cialde di caffè che abbiamo apprezzato molto , la seconda volta no 😅.

Non mi è piaciuto il fatto che non ci sia l’aria condizionata ,faceva davvero caldo eravamo in 4 e c’era un solo ventilatore , oltretutto la finestra in camera nel appartamento nr 5 non si apriva quindi è stata una notte da incubo , abbiamo lasciato altre finestre aperte per far passare l’aria ma sono entrate degli insetti giganti perché mancavano le zanzariere , quindi non siamo stati molto contenti e per questo abbiamo riposato male .Non c’è parcheggio privato ma si può facilmente trovare in strada .
