La posizione è perfetta per un hotel business
Il servizio, il personale alla reception caotico, non parlano inglese e fanno promesse che non garantiscono. In particolare, nella prenotazione fatta con booking, avevo fatto richiesto di un terzo letto in una camera più grande (che infatti costava di più), ma dopo avermi assicurato che avrebbero soddisfatto la mia richiesta via mail, in realtà non è stato fatto. Abbiamo dovuto prenotare una stanza singola in più ad un prezzo doppio rispetto alla prenotazione già fatta. Anche per il check out, alla sera ci eravamo accordati per un late check out alle 20, la mattina dopo ci hanno detto di lasciare le stanze alle 14! Dopo aver protestato, ci hanno accordato una stanza sola fino alle 18. Pessimo servizio customer, non al livello internazionale per un hotel di questo livello. Peccato
