The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the electronics market in Shenzhen. Plenty of food, drink and other services around. The laundry room which was free to use was a life saver for any extended trip. Breakfast, afternoon tea and evening snack were included and great. The staff were also fantastic, they helped with all our queries. Especially Xiao Yu, she went above and beyond and helped give us peace of mind about our packages we had delivered to the hotel. We had already checked out yet she still made sure that we were looked after. We are very grateful for her service and also the service of the other staff. The complimentary ice cream was also the cherry on top to a great stay! Would recommend.

Location was very close to electronic markets

Arrived in the early hours of the morning, and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. Although the language barrier made communication slightly challenging at times, the translator was extremely helpful and made everything much easier. The staff were patient, calm, and genuinely attentive while assisting me, which I really appreciated. The complimentary laundry service was very convenient by them without any effort and a great bonus. Room cleaning was consistently done as well every time I returned after a long day, the room had been cleaned and neatly prepared. The bed was comfortable, the room size was decent, and the shower was excellent with good amenities provided. There was also a convenience store located on the ground floor, which made things very easy. Food and dining options from well-known international brand chains were all within eyesight or less than a 500‑metre walk. Unfortunately, I didn’t get a chance to experience the breakfast during my stay. Overall, I have no complaints and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I would happily stay here again.

The size of the room is a bit smaller than other hotels around. The toilets at the reception floor was not cleaned enough

Está pésimo el servicio de WiFi en todo el hotel, recepción, cuartos, lobby, etc.No podían usar ellos mismos sus máquinas para cobrar con tarjeta. Nadie habla inglés en el hotel. Recomiendo comprar un traductor portátil con pantalla en las tiendas de electrónica.
