    Superb luxurious hotel with amazing view from the reception and inside the room. Worth to try especially for couples. Fitness & swimming pool with views. All staffs can speak English fluently, you can ask many things to your buttler including the address of malls etc in Chinese. Highly recommended.

    Will start this by saying that the hotel itself is absolutely excellent, the staff are extremely friendly, and it's a very good location. We stayed for two nights, and on the second night, our room was situated directly opposite a kitchen area (presumably where they help provide room service). Twice during the night, I had to phone reception, as someone was in there washing dishes, moving stuff around, taking phone calls, and it was extremely noisy and you could hear everything. This was around 1:00 am in the morning. Fully understand the work needs to be done, but when this is opposite your room and there is little soundproofing, this was very frustrating. They did offer to move us to a new room, but it was 1:00 am and I just wanted the noise to stop. We were checking out in the morning.

    We had a great experience in St. Regis. The hotel is very clean and the staff is very attentive. It's close to a mall and the subway too. Highly recommend this hotel.

    96th floor reception is pretty awesome. The problem is, there is no changing room for babies, and the food options are pretty terrible. You would think St Regis would have decent food, never mind the western food, but simple chinese food like egg and tomato stir fry should be good - but it was inedible, it was full of ketchup. The stale bread so hard that when we poked it, it made a dent. The service seemed to be only decent when you have some sort of manager around, and even the managers would be on their phones because literally no one cares. I personally believe what makes a good hotel is good service, good clean environment and good food. From all of this, the only acceptable part was the house cleaning. I organised this cityscape for my husband’s birthday, and it was dissappointing. That is it.
